Welcome Service Region Stuttgart and Welcome Center Stuttgart
The Welcome Service Region Stuttgart (WSRS) helps foreign skilled workers and students to settle in the Stuttgart Region. At the same time, it supports small and medium-sized enterprises in recruiting and integrating talent from abroad. The WSRS provides guidance on key topics such as qualifications recognition, job applications, learning German, and residence permits. The multilingual team provides personalized support through email, phone, or in-person consultations at the Welcome Center Stuttgart - the central advisory hub for all newcomers to Stuttgart and region.

The Location: Weltcafé
In the heart of Stuttgart, the Weltcafé is located between the Welcome Center and the "Weltladen"—making the address at Charlottenplatz a vibrant international hub. Here, newcomers, locals, and visitors alike can connect, share experiences, and access resources, creating a space that embodies cultural exchange, global engagement, and community support. Enjoy an extensive morning breakfast, a quick soup for lunch or visit in the afternoon for "Kaffee und Kuchen". Passionate about the environment, all dishes are made from regional, organic and fairtrade certified ingredients. The cozy interior and the patio with its big tree in the middle is enjoyed by internationals and locals alike and make the Weltcafé a worthy visit during every season.
